WHAT IS IT ABOUT ?
Women Health Marathon is a system of Yoga, Pilates, hypopressive gymnastics and 3-dimensional exercises that will restore tone, strength and elasticity to the body.
These are not standard exercises, such as crunches, but specific exercises aimed at obtaining the best possible result.
WHAT DOES IT ENVISAGE ?
In 21 days:
- We rebuild the abdominal muscles, working with the deep abdominal muscle, those responsable of the flat stomach 😏
- We strengthen the pelvic muscles, very important for every woman (important for sexual life and in case of urinary leaks) 🌸
- We strengthen and tone the arm muscles 💪🏼
- We perform exercises to relieve or prevent back pain, this part is my favorite 🥰
- We increase the flexibility and mobility of the spine 👌🏻
HOW IS DONE ?
The marathon lasts 21 days and takes place on the Instagram page, reserved only for marathon participants, where training sessions of approximately 20 minutes will be published every day.
You can do them at ANY time of the day, convenient for you, it's not a live broadcast.
Before the start you will also have the opportunity to watch some informative videos that will prepare you for the marathon 👌🏻👌🏻
WHAT RESULTS ARE YOU GETTING ?
- Improvement of the appearance of the abdomen, strengthening of the muscles of the anterior abdominal wall and transversus abdominis muscle (we will take photos before and after 😉)
- strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles, elimination of urinary incontinence, if present, reduction of organ prolapse;
- Reduction of the distance between the rectus abdominis muscles due to diastasis, thickening of the linea alba
- Relief from lower back pain and its stabilization, your back will say a big THANK YOU ☺️
- Improvement of blood circulation in the pelvic organs. This will relieve painful periods and increase libido 😏👌🏻
- Relief from the progression of hemorrhoids and varicose veins if they are present ☺️
WILL IT BE SUITABLE FOR ME?
You can train with me if:
- At least 2 months have passed since the natural birth or 3 months since the Cesarean section
- Many years have passed since giving birth but the belly has remained protruding
- You have back pain during long walks, standing or during abdominal exercises.
- There is a 'roll' above the Cesarean scar, with no sensitivity around the scar.
- Classic abdominal exercises don't work
- You have diastasis - divergence of the rectus abdominis muscles of 1st/2nd degree (up to 5/6cm), or a weakened linea alba.
- You have pelvic floor muscle failure - organ prolapse (1st/2nd degree), stress incontinence (when you sneeze, cough, laugh, run), sexual problems.

Equipment
Optional but highly recommended
- The roll for myofascial release. It can be either smooth or with reliefs. We have the bonus video for full body myofascial release in the marathon.
- The balls for myofascial release (take the 7-8cm ones). Myofascial release with balls is another bonus video of the marathon.
- The massage cup
All tools are OPTIONAL. During the exercises we will not use the tools, but they will be a fabulous addition to get closer to the desired results
Frequent questions
Can I participate in the marathon if I don't have children ?
Absolutely yes, if you have the strength, desire and time. But you must not go beyond your limits. Listen to your body
And if several years have passed since giving birth, will the marathon help me restore my belly and pelvic floor ?
Even if many years have passed since giving birth, this marathon will be useful. The muscles will recover even after many years. And there are no age limits
Are there any nutritional recommendations ?
There will be no dietary recommendations. The goal of the marathon is not to lose weight, but to restore the muscles of the abdomen and pelvic floor.
Is it mandatory to send BEFORE and AFTER photos ?
No, all photos and participant reviews are submitted voluntarily. If you don't want it, don't send it. However, the participant with the best result will have free participation in the next Marathon as a gift
