Let&#8217;s get to know each other better.<\/p><p>My name is Nadine, and <strong>I am a certified international-class trainer<\/strong>, but first and foremost, <strong>I am a mother<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Five years ago, I gave birth to a son, and it was the happiest day of my life but with great joy came challenges. Like 30% of women <strong>after giving birth<\/strong> to their first child, <strong>my body underwent changes<\/strong>. Excess weight, weakened pelvic floor, stretched abdominal muscles, scars, and the &#8220;apron&#8221; after a caesarean section, toilet troubles, and diastasis &#8211; all of these were the price my body paid for bringing life into the world.<\/p><p>Having a sporty husband and wanting to regain my former shape, I started looking for solutions. Kegel exercises, yoga, fitness, pilates, and much more, but <strong>being a mom means there is simply not enough time<\/strong> for all of this. <strong>A comprehensive solution <\/strong>is needed; <strong>something that can fit into a mom&#8217;s routine<\/strong>.<br>Not finding a solution and being naturally curious, I decided to try on my own. <strong>Pilates courses, nutrition, anatomy, motor skills, yoga<\/strong>&#8230; months of learning, trials, and self-observation, all of this yielded results.<\/p><p>My shape is better than before my pregnancy, no more toileting issues or back pain. My husband is amazed by my flat tummy. Without surgeries, weights, and hours of fitness, <strong>I was able to extract a concentrate from tons of information and courses that I absorbed in my quest for recovery<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A few simple rules and <strong>20 minutes a day<\/strong> became a habit and that was all it was needed.<\/p><p>When people started asking me &#8220;how?&#8221; &#8211; I showed and gave them advice with what worked for me.<br>This is how <strong>Women\u2019sHealthMarathon <\/strong>came about.<\/p><p>At the time of recording this video, I have had <strong>over 8000 happy moms who participated in my marathon and achieved their desired results<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Many of them have continued exercising for 3-4 years now, making this 21-day marathon part of their daily routine.<\/p><p>So, I am pleased and confident to <strong>invite you ladies to find just 20 minutes out of your day<\/strong> for yourselves. Thank your body for the happiness it has given you, to regain the desired shape and self-confidence. We can do this together because we love ourselves and our bodies.<br>Let&#8217;s meet at the marathon.
